About
I'm Daniel Hull, a CRM consultant and the leading independent Attio specialist. I run 80x, a consultancy that helps startups, venture capital firms, and growth-stage companies implement and optimise Attio for their go-to-market operations.
Most teams get CRM wrong. They either over-engineer the setup or under-invest in the foundation. I help companies get it right the first time — designing data models, building pipelines, migrating from legacy CRMs, and setting up the automation that turns a CRM from a database into a revenue engine.
What I do
- Attio workspace design and implementation
- Data migration from Affinity, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs to Attio
- Pipeline and workflow design
- Go-to-market system architecture
- Custom object and attribute architecture
- Reporting and dashboard setup
- Training and ongoing support
Who I work with
I work primarily with venture capital firms, private equity teams, and B2B startups who are either moving to Attio from another CRM or building their go-to-market operations from scratch. If your team is outgrowing spreadsheets or struggling with a CRM that doesn't fit how you actually work, that's usually where I come in.
This blog
I write practical, opinionated guides about Attio based on real client work. No generic CRM advice — every post comes from problems I've solved and patterns I've seen work. If you're using Attio or considering it, start with the blog.
Work with me
